Key responsibilities include:
- Originating, developing and commissioning innovative new programmes for the given features slots;
- Generating ideas and identifying fresh territories and themes for exploration;
- Initiating and managing positive, creative relationships with a wide range of indies to ensure a steady supply of groundbreaking ideas;
- Identifying and nurturing new on- and off-screen talent, from a variety of perspectives and backgrounds;
- Managing and quality controlling a wide range of often challenging programmes including returning series, overseeing and managing any complexities that arise, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
