Viacom are recruiting for a full-time Head of Legal for Nickelodeon & Comedy Central.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing advice to Nickelodeon & Comedy Central senior management team;
- Together with the Legal Counsels, drafting and negotiating standard and non-standard agreements on all matters affecting the Nickelodeon & Comedy Central UK businesses;
- Managing any litigation affecting the UK operations;
- Managing any clearance issues arising from the channels and the associated lines of business;
- Advising on critical corporate governance issues – in particular in regards to the joint venture structure.

Key attributes for candidates include:
- LLB or Degree/LPC, qualified as solicitor or barrister;
- Media law experience either for media clients or at a broadcaster or production company;
- Contract, IP, Media Law and/or music legal specialisation / expertise (in-house or private practice) with expert legal knowledge and commercial awareness;

Picture Researcher required to provide support to the Content Discovery Picture Desk in meeting the image demands of Red Bee Media's clients' advanced broadcast TV and online platforms that display images against programme information.
