BBC Northern Ireland's Current Affairs Department is looking for a full-time Executive Producer to take responsibility, primarily, for its non-Panorama output across all channels.

Key responsibilities include:
- Helping direct and manage the network television current affairs production team, taking particular responsibility for building a lasting network business and liaising between London and Belfast;
- Taking the lead role and, wherever possible, to executive produce all of Northern Ireland's network current affairs films and series - other than those programmes made for Panorama;
- Building strong links with the Current Affairs Commissioner, the Channel Controllers and the Development Executive in London;
- Taking primary responsibility for winning commissions from the current affairs slate across all channels, by driving the development process and understanding genre objectives and channel strategies and audiences.

Key attributes for candidates include:
- Proven ability to command the trust of network commissioners and channel controllers on a wide variety of network current affairs films and series - in terms of both winning commissions and the successful executive production of the resulting programmes;
- Excellent track record as a programme maker, at a senior network current affairs level, displaying strong journalistic and creative film-making skills across a broad range of output;
- Excellent leadership qualities including good interpersonal and team building skills and demonstrable success in managing production teams;
- Demonstrable track record of developing new on-screen talent;
- Good working knowledge of production and post-production processes, techniques and technology with a sound understanding of the broadcasting industry and output across the whole of the BBC and competition.

Junior Fashion Assistant
