Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Carnival's in-house production department and runners programme;
- Development of budgets, tracking against plan and monthly reporting with NBCUniversal's Finance Team;
- Overseeing set up and management of productions in accordance with union agreements and Carnival policies, health & safety, and industry best practices;
- Negotiating and contracting key crew, artist deals (outside series regulars and guests), and below the line deals (locations, clearances, etc) plus securing and maintaining customary insurance policies;
- Ensuring effective delivery of programme assets to programme partners plus onwards management of programme assets through the programme lifecycle.

Key attributes for candidates include:
- Extensive experience as a head of production, senior production executive, producer, line producer and/or production accountant in film and/or scripted television;
- A strong understanding of production finance (including co-production arrangements and tax credits) and international production is key to the role;
- In-house experience as well as experience of working in both film and scripted television, US-originated production, US studios, indies and foreign filming are each major pluses.
