Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying original and creative ideas across a range of genres;
- Assuming responsibility for idea generation and then taking that idea from planning stage to production, helping to create a balanced show.

Key attributes for candidates include:
- Experience in setting up and directing location shoots for VTs is essential;
